Worst customer service
Listed as 4 bathrooms but only had 3. Maintenance worker showed up unannounced, didn't identify himself or warning there was repairs needed to fridge/freezer. Dead mouse in pool caused nieces to get out 30 mins into our stay and that's when we discovered NO WATER PRESSURE in entire house. Eventually learned a main waterline busted down the street and city could not provide time when it would be fixed. Spent 6 hrs with Vacasa and Vrbo and they finally decided to provide us with a hotel at 10pm. But we had to locate and pay for it first then submit claim for reimbursement which could take weeks to get money back. By that time kids were asleep and repacking and checking in so late to only have to return to the house again next day was going to be too much. Some time during the night water was back on. But everyone went to bed without having showered or use of the bathroom (again only 3 not 4 as listed). Never received a call next day to confirm we had water or to verify if we checked into another place. No follow up. Worst customer service.
