KITCHEN: Fully equipped w/ stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar, coffee maker, blender, toaster, ice maker, spices, dishware/flatware

GENERAL: Central heating & air conditioning, washer & dryer, hair dryer, linens, pillows, blankets, towels, beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs sand toys and more

PARKING: Assigned parking for Unit 3. In addition, there is ample street parking in the surrounding neighborhood.

FAQ: Quiet hours (9:00 PM - 9:00 AM), exterior security cameras, stairs required to access two of the bedrooms

The entire home is for your exclusive use. Guests will be provided with the access code to the combo lock on day of check-in.

We loved our stay! This was a great location- super close to the beach. We felt very safe and the locks always worked. It was very easy to find and get into. Lots of beds and everything was as described. A great stay for San Diego!

Amazing Location

The house was perfect for our vacation. It was clean, well organized, nice finishes and well stocked. The two master bedrooms were great and spacious. The main level bedroom with twin bunks we’re great for kids. Even though it seems like a smaller property, the house was laid out very well and never felt crowded and the location was outstanding!

House was clean, updated, and comfortable for my group of 4 adults and 2 kids. Easy access to beach, restaurants, and grocery stores. 20 min drive to downtown and airport. House had everything needed for our stay: coffee maker, TV/Internet, clean linens, beach chairs, beach umbrella, washer/dryer, basic kitchen necessities, gathering areas on patio and in house.

Walkable to beach!

Super walkable and nice place to stay. We ate breakfast on the little patio each morning. The house has lots of updates (nice flooring, tile, etc) and had everything we needed including chairs and beach toys and umbrella. Property comes with one designated parking space. We only had difficulty finding street parking for a second car during the weekend afternoon. There were a few maintenance issues including broken bunk bed ladder upstairs, door latch on bedroom door, very loud air unit, but nothing major.
