This home was perfect especially because we had a multigenerational family. Bottom floor was for the older folks because it had everything you need with no stairs. All the beach stuff was on site and free rental bikes and standup paddle boards were available too. Kids had a ball. Everyone loved this place! Great location too!

We had a very comfortable stay in a beautiful home and great location. We had easy access to the airport and the Marine Corps recruiting station along with easy access to the beach and shopping. We appreciated the parking for our large van. The home is well furnished with everything we needed for our multi families comfortable stay. We only wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Wonderful house! Perfect location to restaurants, beach, and shopping and feels quiet even though you’re in the middle of a lot of things. Great house for us - two families with adult children and partners and a set of little ones - easy to compartmentalize so games/loud people can have fun without affecting others. Loved the ping pong table.

Absolutely Incredible Stay Beautiful space in Great Location

Management answered questions in an extremely timely manner. The house was absolutely beautiful inside and out. Blocks to the beach and blocks to the lovely strip of restaurants. The place was so clean and had everything you needed, plus some! We took the surfboards and chairs for a spin on the beach for a perfect beach day. This house has it all, couldn’t recommend it more!

Rented the entire house for a family get together. Is in a perfect location on Mission, just a short walk to the beach or coffee and taco shops. House was very clean and everything we could need was provided. Great communication with the owner and would certainly rent from them again

Great location and wonderful house!

Our group included 4 adults and 5 kids and we had plenty of space. We loved having a living room and kitchen upstairs and downstairs, so the parents could hang out in one area and the kids could hang out in another area. The beds were very comfortable! The rooftop patio is wonderful! There's a fire pit and a view of the ocean! The house is within walking distance of many restaurants and shops and it seemed like everywhere we wanted to go was only about a 20 minute drive. The host had great communication and the check in process was very easy. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!!!

Family Getaway

This home was absolutely beautiful. You felt like you were in a new house with hotel amenities. Beach access was a quick walk. The walk to restaurants and bars was fast. Our favorite thing was that everyone had their own room with space to hang out and have privacy. The roof was our favorite place to hang out. We spent every night up there and watched the 4th of July fireworks from there.

Amazing vibes

The property had everything we needed. Loved all the cooking utensils included, we were able to cook meals together as a whole family and enjoy it on the rooftop balcony. That balcony is amazing, you can see the water, and enjoy company. The strict quiet hours were the only thing we had a hard time with, but we understood why it was implemented for the neighborhood. So close to so many food places and bars. Thank you for extending this stay!

Great place for a great family reunion

My family gathered at Casa Blanca for family reunion before school started. We wanted a place big enough to fit 12 that was close to the beach. This place did not disappoint. The views of the ocean, the casual walk (felt safe allowing my kids to make the walk on their own) to the beach, the location to great food/cafes/bars, etc. this was the whole package. The Bluewater team was responsive to all of our needs. The house was super clean. The roof top deck was awesome! We'd gladly come back.

Perfect Beach House

The property was perfect for our multi generational family vacation! It was very spacious, with everything we could have wanted and needed. We were a large family traveling for my daughter’s commencement ceremony. My parents, nieces, brothers, sisters in laws, husband and children stayed very comfortably at the property. The rooftop is beautiful and was used every night while we winded down with a beautiful sunset and fireplace. Prime location, perfect walking distance to the beach, to shops, and many restaurants. Centrally located in a good neighborhood and far enough away from PB that you away from the “party” scene. There were plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, and umbrellas. The house was well stocked with towels, umbrellas, washcloths, paper towels, garbage bags, and hand soap. The ping pong table was perfect for family tournaments! I will definitely rent the home again. It was wonderful and worth every penny. Check in was simple! They texted me a code. Check out even easier! Just take out the garbage and run the dishwasher!
