We had a great time! It is absolutely mandatory to have 4 Wheel Dr. in the winter. The hill on the property is perfect for sledding.

Everything was clean and there was so much space. They did a great job maintaining the driveway. We definitely needed our 4 wheel drive, but the drive was plowed while we were there.Would recommend, especially if you have a big family.

Beautiful house for family time

We had a group of 9 family members and thoroughly enjoyed the spacious house playing games, watching movies, and enjoying the hot tub! The bar area and pool table room is where we spent most of our time.

Guys Weekend

Awesome property that was a perfect getaway for a weekend with the guys! Bar/game room is a great hangout space along with the outdoor games, deck, and firepit. House has plenty of sleeping accommodations for a big group. Amanda was very responsive with any questions I had and has taken the time to make sure the house is stocked with anything you could need. Highly recommend this property!

Great place to stay with group

The house is great for entertaining and has stunning views and is very private. We had 5 couples - one couple for each bedroom (one bedroom had double bunks). Property is as described on the listing. The home is equipped well and has everything that is needed. A nice hot tub is situated on the deck looking out towards Holiday Valley ski resort. if there is anything negative, only 1 bedroom has it's own ensuite bathroom, the other 4 bedrooms share 2 common bathrooms on this floor. There is another bathroom with shower on the upper level. All bedrooms are on the lower floor (entrance level). The other recommendation would be to have mirrors in the bedrooms without an bathroom ensuite! The location is excellent and is close to the ski resorts and into the quaint town of Ellicottville - about a 5 minute drive. We'd definitely would be back with a larger group!
