Worst travel experience.

I found out at 8:00pm that my accommodations were double booked. After three phone calls, the best they could offer was one hotel room with a couch for four adults. They also asked me to go to the property at 9:00 at night and take a photo.

Never heard from property manager

Despite myself and VRBO trying to get in contact with the property owner many times we never heard from them, we were unable to get into the property and had to go through VRBO support to get a last minute hotel.
