Lovely townhome in a wonderful location! Enjoy your morning coffee under the covered porch and then come into a bright first floor living room, dining area and updated kitchen. On this level there is also a bedroom with twin beds and an updated full bathroom with a tub/shower and laundry. There is also a paved patio to the side with a gas grill and furniture for relaxing and dining. The front bedroom on the second floor has a queen bed and a balcony to relax and the third bedroom has two full-sized beds. The renovated hall bath has a walk-in shower. There is an outside shower and off-street parking. This well-appointed home has lots of natural light and is nicely furnished.
