Perfect for a getaway with friends or family, this welcoming vacation rental comes well-appointed with all the comforts of home. Venture out and explore the area discovering a number of popular local attractions including Johnson's Beach, the Northwood Golf Club, the Armstrong Redwoods State Natural Reserve, and the Korbel Winery, all less than five miles from your door.

An open-air deck and covered patio each come furnished for outdoor living with a hammock, Adirondack chairs, and dining table set for four. Enjoy casual downtime and family-friendly entertainment in the living room featuring an array of comfortable seating, board games, and a smart TV, plus a fireplace for an added touch of cozy ambiance. If this is work-play getaway, the dedicated home office provides a quiet place for remote working. The sunny full kitchen comes equipped with all the major appliances, cookware, and utensils you'll need for at-home meal planning. There's an eat-in table set for four and the. adjacent dining table can accommodate up to six for family dinners.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
