-Dog Friendly - NO cats - $120 Dog Fee per Dog - Yard is NOT enclosed - For both the safety of your pup and the house, please crate dog if you are not at the house. Please clean-up after your pup
-Quiet Hours are from 9PM to 9AM and must be observed by all guests. Please respect our Year-round neighbors
-No Smoking of anything in the house.
