Nice view

Home had a great layout and view of river. Great location especially during swim season on the river. We did encounter a number of ants and spiders throughout house and felt the house could use a good deep cleaning.

Amazing property

We really enjoyed our stay here. The inside has been completely updated, with comfortable beds and furniture. The outside is lovely, and it is amazing to sit outside in the hot tub and watch the river flow past. There were nice touches too, like nightlights in the hallways, and an everything you would need in the kitchen. It lends itself to a perfect vacation!

Perfect Family Weekend

The house is in a great location, with positively beautiful views of the river. Quick to get into town or travel around surrounding wine country. Space was lovely and open, great for a group or family. The rooms were comfortable and we enjoyed the patio and hot tub. We loved waking up to the relaxing river views and watching the birds, a wonderful family weekend!

Great house on the river

We all really enjoyed our stay. It was great being perched above the river, especially with the decks and big windows. We had everything that we needed and appreciated the roomy common area as well as the kitchen being well stocked. Communication and process was all straightforward.

After years as working as an employee in the short-term rental market, managing multiple departments, I took a leap of faith acquired my Sonoma County Property Manager certificate. I began managing properties myself in 2021. I enjoy hosting visitors to the Russian River area, where I have lived all my life. I hope that each guest staying at the property leaves with a smile on their face and the consideration of a return stay.

Why they chose this property

Managing a riverfront property in Guerneville allows me the excuse to take a break along the river banks each time I visit Paradise. Guests love the location for its' unobstructed views of the Russian River, its seasonal river access, 2 single kayaks, and of course, the hot tub.

What makes this property unique

This home is located just far enough out of town that you feel removed from the town's activities, yet close enough that you may choose to walk to town for an afternoon lunch & ice-cream, or an early dinner. Less than a 5 minute drive from Guerneville, yet on point along the river bank for all it's fun and games. Modern furnishings, an open floor plan, and professionally cleaned between each stay.
