Perfect location

From the photos the condo seemed further from the beach than it actually was. It was literally across the street. No water view but cross the street and walk up the block to the beach. Right near all shops and restaurants. I loved that there were beach chairs, umbrella, and towels for the beach. It was also a nice touch that there was soap, shampoo, and conditioner, hair dryer, etc. The kings size bed was a plus. The pull out couch was not the most comfortable but most arent. THe pool was heated which was nice as well. I would recommend highly.

You’re paying for location

The only reason I gave it 3 stars for overall rating is due to the location, literally about a 5 minute walk to the beach. The property itself is an older motel style that is very retro and has a lot of potential. The owner clearly has no interest in updating or even providing clean kitchen towels or sheets without stains. Cabinets in kitchenette are covered in vinyl that is peeling, dirty glasses, duck tape holding the ceiling fan together, holes in bath mat, and a door bell that is hanging by a wire. Paint peeling off the walls in the bathroom and the veneer off the door. We were greeted by an empty Pepsi can sitting by the door. They are taking advantage of people because of their close proximity to the beach.
