Great house

Great house, easy access to different areas of town. Great communication with a very responsive host. I would definitely book again

Great Home Base for North Dallas

Clean and up to date and easily accessed. Close to the highway making it a great Home Base for a trip to North Dallas. Tons of attractions and food offerings nearby.

Comfy & Cozy

The home is within short distance to Grandscape and stonebriar area. Quick interstate access. And the host was very responsive prior to and during visit, if needed. Would definitely consider for future stays.

Enjoyed our stay

Loved the rainfall shower. The added touch of providing a bassinet for my grandson was wonderful! Nice neighborhood! Lovely back yard! Hosts were very quick to respond with any questions we had.

Cottage was nice

Excellent choice for 2 Dads and 2 teenagers in town for soccer. Place is as advertised. Neighborhood is quiet. Note that theres only 1 TV in the place but otherwise a clean & comfortable place. Lots of restaurants and things to do within a 15 minute drive. Owner was attentive and responsive.

In the perfect location!

My family and friend enjoyed their stay here for one night! The owner was also very quick to respond back with any questions I might’ve had which I appreciate greatly. The house was beautiful inside and out! Very modern looking and enjoyed the cute patio outside! Very clean, loved how spacious the rooms were and the beds were extremely comfortable we all slept like a baby! Thank you for having us I would definitely book again in the future!!!

Terrible experience

The house does not have an address and is very difficult to find. Upon arrival I discovered a bedroom window without a lock or screen. I called the host and she insisted it was fine. I sent her a video with proof. She said it was fine, no other person has complained, and I should be safe. I asked for a refund- she refused, and we terminated the call. I called her back to inform her I was not staying there- she never responded. I called VRBO, 3 hours later they made several attempts to contact her- no response. Finally, in the 3rd hour, she said she might be able to get a locksmith the next day to fix the window. At this point it, it was after 9 P.M., and I had just arrived from a 9 hour drive. . I did not stay there. Today, I spoke with VRBO. 48 minutes later, a representative called the host and said the decision for a refund would come from the host- the host declined. I was in her house less than 20 minutes, expressed my concern for safety, and she refuses to refund over $900.00 for a service that was never rendered.
