This home was just minutes away from the Comerica Arena which was the reason for our stay in Frisco. Friendly and helpful host made the check in and and check out process super easy. Would definitely stay again.

The area around the house does have a lot to offer. However, the specific neighborhood where the house is located is less desirable.

We’re sorry this guest felt dissatisfied with her stay. The check in day multiple concerns and refund requests were raised, and we responded promptly and worked to address each issue, however anything I offered to remedy her concerns weren’t good enough. Vrbo did ultimately issue a refund after ongoing complaints during the stay. From our perspective, it appears the guest’s plans may have changed after booking, and the situation escalated into repeated refund requests and dissatisfaction tied to expectations around the stay. We always take guest feedback seriously and strive to ensure accurate representation of our home and a positive experience for all guests. However, we believe this review reflects frustration tied to a change in circumstances rather than the condition of the property itself.

The stay was comfortable and clean, good area. My only concern was when I received a text asking the day before what time we are checking out to schedule a cleaner When check out time is 10am the following day… a cleaner should be scheduled 10am or later after check out. Never had anyone asking what time I’m Checking out the day before

Thank you for your feedback. I apologize if my question came across the wrong way. I often ask guests what time they expect to check out because some leave the evening before, some have very early flights (such as 6:00 a.m.), and occasionally guests are unsure of the checkout time or even the checkout day. Knowing their plans helps me coordinate scheduling with my cleaning team as efficiently as possible. The question was simply intended to help with logistics and ensure the home is prepared for incoming guests. I'm sorry that it caused any frustration.

Beds were very uncomfortable and there was only 2 wash towels for four guest the microwave didn’t work the floors were dirty trash behind the dressing master bathroom

I do want to clarify a couple of things—there were bath towels provided for four guests prior to your arrival, so I’m sorry if there was any confusion there. Additionally, the microwave has since been replaced to ensure everything is working properly for future guests. Cleanliness is very important to us, and we take concerns like this seriously. Had we been made aware during your stay, we would have gladly addressed any issues right away.

Wrong checkin info was given. Thankfully, the host picked up her phone to clarify. Everything was clean enough but either very old or new&poorly constructed. Biggest issue was a leaking toilet that the host wasn't terribly concerned about. It started smelling bad, ended up exclusively using the en suite bathroom for 5 people. Host didn't respond to a late checkout request until morning of departure; at which point we already made plans to leave early. The neighborhood is very drab, very residential, & under construction (6/17/26).

Perfect stay

This location was perfect for us to go serve at Operation Christmas Child. Quiet neighborhood just minutes away from all the attractions of the Colony. We really enjoyed our stay the house was beautiful and spacious the host was fantastic.

Great Place to Stay

Overall wonderful space. Very cozy with plenty of room for the 5 of us. The neighborhood doesn't look the greatest at first, but everyone seemed nice and no one bugged us at all. It was super quiet there at night as well. Close to everything we wanted to go and see as well.

Our stay was great, we were there for a football tournament, venue was 10min from property, short drive to Grandscape and 5 min to the water park! Kroger near by which was very helpful for us.

Location is great, just a few miles from all of the restaurants and entertainment that Grandscape has to offer. Someone else mentioned the neighborhood being questionable in their review - but the neighbors were friendly and the neighborhood was quiet.Christa was great, as she called me and helped me get in when I had some issues with the keypad lock. Other communications were spot on. I recommend her and this property.
