Great location, great host, mediocre facility.

Easy walk to everything Brickell, host amazingly patient and helpful, but older building. Plan extra time for elevators which were never all working. Lobby employees more interested in talking with each other in Spanish than speaking in English to a guest. Hallway from elevator to condo is dark, dirty walls and worn out carpet. Condo is nicely decorated with all necessary attributes but has significant wear and tear. Definitely worth the price but set expectations for that price.
