Two story, 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit, designer decorated, with amazing views of the Gulf from every room! This unit has everything imaginable and you literally step out of your unit and the crystal white sands of Siesta Keys number one beach are under your feet. We are located at the North end of Siesta, only one block from Siesta Village with great restaurants, bars and shopping. Relax on our hammocks while you view our world famous sunsets!

Huge dissapointment

I booked this property for a family reunion with hopes of a wonderful week in Siesta Key. With the exception of the location (which is wonderful and right on the beach) the accommodations were a huge disappointment. The property is advertised as having 2 queen beds in one of the three bedrooms. That is in fact not true. The third bedroom only has one bed. I talked to the management company about the false advertising in advance of the trip and was told there was nothing they could to offset our costs since we had to rent another hotel room to accommodate our family. After arriving, we found a very very run down, beat up property that hasn't been taken care of. The complete opposite of the photos that promote the unit on VRBO. Additionally, I had to call the management company three separate times to fix the broken toilet. I also had to call to have the air conditioning repaired one day. The stains on the main couch in the living room are disgusting. The hole in the ceiling of the second bedroom is unacceptable. The least this management company could do is compensate us for the extra hotel room we had to book to make up for the false advertising. Don't be fooled by the misleading photos and write up on line. Renters beware. I would NEVER refer anyone to this property.

Location Great - Unit Not So Much

There's no arguing that the location of this property is amazing! Right on the beach and a short walk to town. If those are the only criteria for your stay, then this is the place for you. Bathrooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. But overall the place is rundown. Chipped dishes, no wine glasses (come on!), dirty rugs and furniture. Bedrooms very small (deceiving in pictures on listing) with very little space to put your clothes/suitcases. Especially not a good place for small children. But we were 4 adults who didn't plan to cook/eat in. Weather was perfect, so we enjoyed ourselves and the amazing beach days and sunsets!

First Cousin get together

Loved the location and outside space. I didn't do enough checking early in the reservation process because the bedrooms were all upstairs and there were 7 of us and 5 over 80. There was a sleeper sofa downstairs but it was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever had to sleep on. Service was a phone call away when there were questions. All in all it was a very nice facility but not the best accommodations for our group.

Overview

Location was perfect. Close to the beach and village. Pictures of the place are deceiving. Rooms look much bigger than they are. Windows dont open and wish there was a sliding patio door. Building is definitely showing rhe age. Needs updates.
