Great getaway!

This property was everything we needed for a girls trip - clean, amazing location in the heart of Brickell near many eateries and bars, and a sunny pool. Would definitely stay here again!

SAFETY HAZARD IN THE APARTMENT

the apartment isnt safe to live.the locks of the doors are broken.my mom suffered serious injury.the host didnt even help in getting any medical help and just chose to ignore the whole incident. Would recommend staying somewhere where the host takes care of your needs and is safe.

Hi, it is very unfortunate to read this review, VRBO ruled out that there is no safety hazard in the apartment hence why it is still active, the balcony doors are a bit heavy due to the hurricane proof glass but that is standard in Florida in high rise buildings, all of our doors and locks work normal and it was an unfortunate incident that your mother hit her nose trying to forcefully yank open but that was not due to anything wrong with the property, and there was no serious injury, not even any visible injury to submit with the claim, we went to visit and follow up the guests personally and provided all the information to vrbo to help you finalize a claim that you submitted no evidence either. We did not ignore this accident in any way and we responded within 24 hours to the guests and VRBO to help in every way. I had to fill out a lot of forms and talk to the agents to try to help you make an insurance claim but there was lack of evidence and response on your end. This review is sad because I went back to our chats and we spoke a lot and we tried to help you as much as we could yet now you are claiming we ignored the whole incident. We are hosts of over 15 years, we attend any case big or small immediately to protect the guests and our properties.

Terrible building

The apartment is not bad, as advertised although older and not as clean as you would expect. The building was terrible; had a problem with the elevators from the day we arrived and for 5 straight days we couldn’t call them from our floor (42), had to go down the stairs and wait some 25-30 minutes until one arrived with enough room for us to fit. The last day I actually had to go down the stairs from floor 42 with two baggages and a stroller, and the reception was completely unresponsive. I tried reaching out to the host, even though he was not responsible for the problem, but never got a reply. In short, a terrible experience I am not keen on repeating, even if I got paid to.
