- TV Flat Screens in the living room and also on bedroom.
- Washer and dryer, inside the unit, dishwasher machine in the kitchen.

Quiet time after 10pm. After reservation is confirmed guest must send a photo ID (passport or US driver licensed ) at least 72 hours prior before arrival day.
