Relaxation, exploration and recreation are on the to do list at this luxurious Tiny Cottage just minutes from everything! This well appointed 1 bedroom plus loft tiny cottage is the perfect place to serve as your vacation headquarters with it's custom shower, quartz countertops and beautiful decor. From cooking/grilling a homecooked meal or dining out at some of the famous Pinetop/Lakeside restaurants you can do it all right here. Enjoy morning coffee on the deck overlooking the seasonal creek below and relax in the evening with drinks under the outdoor gazebo.

Our Property offers a private bedroom with a Queen bed, a loft with two twin beds perfect for the kids(low ceiling) and a electric reclining sofa in the living area. The Kitchen is outfitted with everything needed to cook, eat, clean and make an evening cocktail. A gas range for the home cookers, a crock pot for the slow cookers, a propane BBQ grill for the outdoor cookers and a Keurig for the coffee drinkers. Washer and dryer onsite with the fixin's so no need to go find a laundromat.
Bathroom - Beautiful custom walk in shower, complimentary toiletries, a hair dryer, first aid kit and ironing board with an iron.
Cottage has a ac/heat pump to keep you cool and warm, ceiling fans and an electric fireplace in a quartz surround.

WIFI INTERNET IS INCLUDED
Smart Tv with Roku so you don't miss the news or the games.

Outdoor space
Private deck sits above the properties below and affords a view of a seasonal creek and Lariat lane on 3 sides.
10x12 Gazebo with outdoor furniture to enjoy the quiet peaceful nights. Listen closely and you might hear a bull elk bugle in Sept/Oct.!!

Our Neighborhood:
Tucked away in White Mountain Vacation Village our cottage is the perfect place for a weekend getaway or an extended stay. Walk the village and wave hi to our friendly neighbors, play disc golf on the property in the wooded course or play horseshoes and bocci ball up at the clubhouse.
Two Well behaved dogs up to 35lbs each are welcome to enjoy our place with a $62.50 per pet fee. Pets must be on a leash outdoors and picked up after please.

Bookings are Two night minimums and three night minimums on holidays. Must be 25 years and up to book. No smoking.
Parking - Up to 2 cars on gravel driveway.
No parties, loud music or large gatherings allowed.

Lovely patio area

This cabin exceeded our expectations, it was very clean, well-decorated, had everything we needed, quaint but modern - felt like home. Got some great eating recommendations from the host. Our favorite was the patio area outside. Comfy seating, outdoor rug, party lights, just cozy. We brought dinner to eat out there, then snuggled under a blanket and listened to an audible books for more than an hour.

The Perfect Retreat!

My husband and I had the best time at Greg's place! The cottage was darling and very clean! It is located in a quiet woodland neighborhood and is close to many of our favorite hikes and stores. It was the perfect size for the 2 of us! It was cold and snowy when we arrived and the house warmed up quickly! We played games in the loft and loved the cozy furniture and electric fireplace. Check-in and check-out were simple and smooth. Thanks for the amazing stay! Will definitely stay here again!!

Lovely Tiny House

Three of us enjoyed our stay at this well appointed spotless, and comfortable little home. Everything we needed was available and the area was very convenient. Would be great for parent with a couple kids, as I could see the kids having a ball sleeping in the loft and the downstairs bedroom would be nice ands comfy for mom and dad.

Perfect vacation home

The house was perfect! We enjoyed the walking distance to my parents house. The swing in the backyard was perfect for my 4 year old granddaughter. It was just relaxing

Nice little cabin in the woods!

Clean and cozy place with everything you need. Very friendly property owner/manager and the snacks and water bottles were nice welcoming gifts. It was perfect for 2 of us. We came to Show Low to check out Sunrise ski resort and this cabin was a perfect location for it. Close to the resort and also to restaurants and stores. Will definitely stay here again.

Cute, Clean & Convenient Cottage

Stayed here for a week in mid-October while visiting family in Show Low. White Mountain Vacation Village is conveniently located yet feels like you're off of the beaten path. This cottage was perfect for the two of us. We loved having coffee on the front porch, going for walks every day, and using the fireplace to take the chill off in the mornings. Check in/check out was very smooth. Will stay here again on our next visit if available.

Cozy cottage in the pines

Superb in every respect. Our one suggestion is to include a pic of or mention the open lock key as part of the entry code. We are a wee bit embarrassed to admit that we didn't notice that key until the next morning when we were locking up to go play.

Nice Tiny Home

We enjoyed our stay. The home is well stocked.We did have a few issues as we are over 65. I didn’t realize that the stone steps were steep, another hand rail would be helpful. Also reflective strips on the staircase would really help, they are brown and the color blends together and I slipped because I couldn’t distinguish one step from the next. The pullout bed is so uncomfortable. The loft is ok for kids not adults. The one thing that was super annoying was the smell of the pillows and bedding in the bedroom. Some kind of air freshener. I couldn’t sleep. The smell got on everything that was placed on the bed. I brought my pillows they smell. My clothes still smell like the fragrance. I still recommend the place. My interaction with the owner was great. I would love to rent there again minus the foo foo smell. The complex is awesome. Thank you for having us! Oh and I think it was fairly priced.

Great stay!

Lovely tiny house property! Accommodated 5 of us. 2 adults 3 kids. We didn’t spend much time on property but it was lovely. Everything we needed. We did have a trailer with kayaks and it was tight parking. Thankful neighbors weren’t home. A few notes and every property has them: 1. More towels needed 2. We only had 1 roll of toilet paper 3. Maybe a fire pit would be nice. 4. Coffee creamer Super cute place, great location, it’s was quiet and clean. Very thoughtful details like extra blankets, snacks, stocked kitchen. Cute little outdoor area. Would stay again!
