Wow, what a beautiful location!!

We loved our stay at this home. The house itself was great, everything we expected. The HUGE bonus was the pond in the back yard (the house is on a private golf course). We were privileged to witness Sandhill Cranes have two babies and watch their amazing growth over two months, Great Blue Herons with their nest, Egyptian Geese with their nest, and no fewer than four Osprey nests within a 5 minute walk. Truly an amazing setting and experience. I highly recommend!

about maintaining our home. We are only renting it once a year for
a minimum 30days up to 90 days per year at one time. We enjoy the
opportunity to have someone enjoy this marvelous home and location.

Why they chose this property

In a boutique communiste hidden away within near a cup de sac with
one of the best private lake views in a 24 hour guard/gated community
yet only 15 minutes from all shopping. restaurants, beaches, golf etc.
