About this property

Stony Cove Lodge (Waterfront on Lower Wilson Pond!)

Some 40 years ago, the original owner of Stony Cove Lodge who lived in Greenville harvested the trees on this point of land and built himself a “camp” with a breathtaking view of Lower Wilson Pond.
Some 10 years ago, the “camp” was re-modeled and became Stony Cove Lodge with a master bedroom and king bed and bathroom on the main floor, a standard futon bed and two built-in single beds in the loft, a third bedroom downstairs with a queen bed and bathroom. A wide-open main floor features a living area and wood stove, dining area, and fully supplied kitchen with island counter. Also downstairs is a wonderful library with a sofa that turns into a bed and a laundry room. Upstairs there is a TV/DVD unit and iPod speaker system.
A spacious deck is out front with a fire pit, grill, and huge picnic table to accommodate big families and guests.
