Welcome to HIGHER ELEVATION, a 7500 square-foot lot, newly remodeled new pool, spa and backyard full of games! 5-bedroom 4-bathroom (+ a/c & heat) hillside home designed in a modern-mission overlooking San Diego and Mission Bay (FIREWORKS) with breath taking views of sea world and from La Jolla to downtown! We're centrally located, near many attractions (eg beaches, Sea World, Zoo, downtown (read the neighborhood section for details). We are neighbors to USD and a 15 min walk to the Trolley.

Great for families

We enjoyed our time and especially the outdoor areas. The home was spacious and had plenty off room to Dora’s out and be comfortably.

Great Place!

Clean, lots of room. Outdoor area was nice. Safe area. Only 10min to downtown. No complaints at all. Would recommend to anyone!

Great Location for large family gathering

Plenty of room for our family of ten. The beautiful pool and spa were enjoyed daily. We loved seeing the Sea World fireworks everyday. Manager was very prompt in replying to questions and responding to issues. So convenient to many San Diego attractions. Would totally stay here again.
