THE SPACES

Each 850sf space features:
- 1 King bed;
- 2 single beds;
- Balcony;
- Living room with pull-out sofa;
- TV with cable channels;
- Dining area;
- In-unit washer/dryer;
- Fully equipped kitchen with kitchen utensils, cookware, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and refrigerator;
- Wifi;
- All linens, towels, and bathroom essentials are provided. You don’t need to bring a thing!!

Our spacious and well-appointed suite provide the perfect home away from home. Step onto your private balcony and soak in the mesmerizing views of the azure ocean or lush tropical gardens. This room features a fully equipped kitchen, ensuring your stay is as convenient as it is enjoyable.

- Beach access from the property. Beach chairs are provided;
- Huge heated swimming pool;

- Two private TENNIS courts;
- Several charcoal BBQ stations throughout the property;
- 2 assigned PARKING spots per each unit;
- On-site MARINA (up to 28ft boats). Slip rental is available for $4/ft/day and boat trailer parking is $40/day (free with slip rental). The Marina reservations need separate arrangements and ARE NOT guaranteed with accommodations reservations; depending on availability. Any Boat Slip/Marina reservations must be arranged separately with the dockmaster;
- Junior-Olympic-size outdoor pool and a 14-person Jacuzzi hot tub.

NOTE: Some of the amenities may not function as advertised. At this time and until further notice:
- The on-site cafe and tiki bar are currently closed, and there is no definite time when they will open again.

Cleaning fee are not included in the daily rate. A MANDATORY CLEANING FEE OF $175/STAY/UNIT (x2 units) WILL BE COLLECTED UPON ARRIVAL

PLEASE NOTE: These are TWO separate units located in hotel-style property. These are not adjoining units, units may not be located next to each other - the exact units are assigned upon arrival, based on availability. The price is for BOTH units.
