THE SPACES

Each 850sf space features:
- 1 King bed;
- 2 single beds;
- Balcony;
- Living room with pull-out sofa;
- TV with cable channels;
- Dining area;
- In-unit washer/dryer;
- Fully equipped kitchen with kitchen utensils, cookware, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and refrigerator;
- Wifi;
- All linens, towels, and bathroom essentials are provided. You don’t need to bring a thing!!

Our spacious and well-appointed suite provide the perfect home away from home. Step onto your private balcony and soak in the mesmerizing views of the azure ocean or lush tropical gardens. This room features a fully equipped kitchen, ensuring your stay is as convenient as it is enjoyable.

Enjoy access to all the resort amenities including:

- 24/7 FRONT DESK and security;
- Beach access from the property. Beach chairs are provided;
- Huge heated swimming pool;
- Hot tub;
- Loungers, umbrellas, and towels by the pool;
- Two private TENNIS courts;
- Several charcoal BBQ stations throughout the property;
- 2 assigned PARKING spots per each unit;
- On-site MARINA (up to 28ft boats). Slip rental is available for $4/ft/day and boat trailer parking is $40/day (free with slip rental). The Marina reservations need separate arrangements and ARE NOT guaranteed with accommodations reservations; depending on availability. Any Boat Slip/Marina reservations must be arranged separately with the dockmaster;
- Junior-Olympic-size outdoor pool and a 14-person Jacuzzi hot tub.

NOTE: Some of the amenities may not function as advertised. At this time and until further notice:
- The on-site cafe and tiki bar are currently closed, and there is no definite time when they will open again.

Cleaning fee are not included in the daily rate. A MANDATORY CLEANING FEE OF $175/STAY/UNIT (x2 units) WILL BE COLLECTED UPON ARRIVAL

Disappointed. Not as advertised,

The pictures and website said partial ocean view. We had a sliver of the ocean in the very distance over the trees. It was about a 10-15 minute walk to the small beach. We had two rooms: both were supposed to have queen beds and in second bedroom 2 twin beds. Our room had had 1queen bed and a full size bed with a queen headboard. The other room was correct. No extra pillows for the sofa bed and when I called housekeeping had already left so we had to do without pillows for sofa bed until they were delivered the next day. We were here for a week and had 2 towels per bathroom and housekeeping never came by to change them out or ask if we needed more. No housekeeping service of any kind for the whole week. Carpets needed restretched they had big wrinkles and patio doors did not side easily. Our bathroom at moldy caulking around bathtub and faucets. Our two rooms were on separate floors, not close together like we thought they’d be. The people above us, owned their condo (keypad on door), were constantly moving furniture or something across the floor. We had a good vacation but it started off as a big disappointment that it wasn’t as pictured or described on the website.
