Newly furnished, one level, 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath home, large fully equipped kitchen, great room with brand new reclining couches, looking out double sliders to BRAND new pool (heated during March-October) with waterfall. Many amenities to make your stay comfortable; like home - BBQ grill, patio tables, outdoor gas firepit, private pool, washer/dryer, cable/Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen.

Cameras - There are NO cameras inside the home. For security purposes there are cameras on the outside of the home. There are 3 in the front of the home (1) entry way and (2) driveway. In the back of the home there is (1) camera directed at the heat/pool pump. On the side of the home there is (1) camera directed at the breaker box (side of home). These cameras are strictly for security purposes.

Wonderful

Very nice house. Check in was earlier then expected, house was very clean and had everything we needed, kitchen utensils. Extra pool towels, pool was fabulous! Would definitely go back !!

Comfortable and Peaceful

We rented this house because it was near our relatives in San Tan Valley. The house is well-equipped and very clean and comfortable. We were particularly impressed with how well the kitchen was outfitted - we like to cook and had everything we needed. In our experience, this is unusual in a rental! Tonya and Scott were wonderful hosts - we enjoyed working with them and they make us feel welcome.

Family Trip

We are so glad that we stayed at this property. It had everything that we needed and the backyard was perfect for relaxing and enjoying our morning coffee. The communication with the property owner was fantastic and timely. We would stay here again!

Why they chose this property

We started coming to San Tan Valley over 10 years ago and fell in love the area. Our favorite hiking spot has always been in the San Tan Regional Mountains. The area hosts many restaurants and shops but also provides us with the relaxation away from the hustle of everyday life. We decided to buy in this neighborhood because of how quiet it is and how close the hiking is for us.
