Cozy lakefront home located on a mild bluff on a beautiful, quiet, and serene bay of All Sports Lake Orion. The 3 bedroom, 2 full bath newly remodeled home with luxurious bathrooms, kitchen and all new furnishings! Enjoy your morning coffee on the outdoor patio overlooking a peaceful bay on Lake Orion along with your own private beach area with a fire pit. Enjoy everything Lake Life has to offer with 3 kayaks and 2 paddle boards located right on your private lake frontage. Venture out onto the main lake just outside the bay to experience everything All Sports Lake Orion has to offer. Bring your own boat (public launch near by) and park at the dock or inquire about the 22' Pontoon boat available for an additional fee for our guests with a valid drivers license and 21 y/o+. Conveniently located close to grocery stores, downtown Lake Orion, the Polly-Ann Trail, Pine Knob Music Theatre, Indianwood Golf Course and Country club. Don't forget about winter fun at the Pine Knob ski hill and frozen lake activities!

This was an awesome place, just 2 hrs from family we were visiting in the thumb, a quiet lake, renovated cottage, and the photos were what you got. Great communication with the owners, and we would highly recommend it. Great for our multiple ages of kids.

Great location for our family reunion. Local family was able to motor their boat to the dock and fish. Out of town family enjoyed the comfy beds and well stocked kitchen. It was an ideal gathering spot. We all enjoyed the view, kayaks, paddle boards, grill, and making s’mores at the fire pit. Thanks for a great stay!

We loved the location. The place was well suppplied. It had all we needed for oudoor fun. Most of all it was one of the cleanest places we have ever rented. We would rent it all over again.

Quiet and relaxing

We had a great vacation everything was very clean and the owner John was very attentive and came over to change the propane when it was out and also was responsive to our questions. The view was amazing and the fish were definitely biting. Great place to stay
