Have a great time in StarkVegas in this super cute studio! You'll be within walking distance to campus & downtown from this centrally located place. And enjoy your down time while you rest & relax in this stylish bedroom / living space with fabulous kitchen :)

This unit is part of a lovely older home with a private porch entry and ample space for a studio. It includes a king bed with sectional sofa in the sitting area, a full kitchen, bath with double vanity, and washing / dryer. The space can accommodate up to 3 guests utilizing the couch for additional sleeping space. It also has beautiful classic interior design touches with an original mantle, wooden ceiling, sultry navy ship lap siding and stainless steel appliances.

Please excuse our progress. We have just finished the interiors of this historic home, and are almost finished giving the exterior some much needed TLC. We will let you know if any projects will be ongoing during your stay.

Our home is situated on the property along with another house that hosts long term residents. We share the driveway & parking areas with the long term residents. Our home is located on the front lot of the property with the other house to the rear. We ask all of our guests to be respectful and not disturb the long term tenants or block the drives or garages, and to only use the designated parking areas located directly behind the front house.

This property uses smart locks for secure and easy access.
Please no smoking, no pets, & no parties.
