Amazing home

The place was great, plenty of space for the 5 of us! Manager was easy to get ahold when we needed to and quickly resolved a small incident. The area was quiet and the friendly neighbors were a plus! If we ever have to come back to the area, this will be our first choice!

Good value living in Tempe

We would call this a good value rental. It is an older home in a decent community. The outside certainly could use some maintenance but the inside, despite a few things that have been brought to the owners attention, is quite comfortable and complete. Three decent size bedrooms with very comfortable beds. The 2 bathrooms are clean and well appointment with necessities. A good size living room and dining room and decent size kitchen. The backyard is fine with a decent set of patio furniture and BBQ. As it is on a golf course so the occasional ball finds its way into the backyard.
