Our home is located around the corner from the Glendale Sports and Entertainment Disctrict and Westgate neighborhoods. A perfect vacation spot to turn on the pre football game shows & play a game of pool while the others hang out in the private backyard! The backyard has a nice outdoor pool, grill to cook and dining area to relax and enjoy your vacation.

The pool is serviced all year for our guests to use as they please, however, it is not heated.

Three bedrooms & two baths throughout the home! Plus a full size kitchen, dining room and then two living areas.

- For reservations with 30 nights or more, the standard cleaning fee will be doubled to accommodate a deep clean.

- Pets are welcome! Each pet is subject to a $250.00 non-refundable pet fee. Fines will apply if pets are not disclosed on your reservation.

- We do not provide propane for the property's grill/ BBQ. If you need to refill the propane during your stay, please provide us with a photo of the receipt and we will reimburse you in full.

- This is a non-smoking property, fines start at $2000.00 for smoking inside the property.

- In the case of a refund request, the processing fees will not be refunded.

Very Responsive Host!

This host truly cares about their guest and their experience. I had a couple of questions during my stay, the response time...almost instant. Very clean, quality appliances, dishes etc. I stay in a lot of VRBOs and have found some hosts/companies that I would not return to. I would definitely stay here or one of their properties again!
