Beautiful Guest Cottage within close proximity to Baseball and Restaurants

Separate​ two Bedroom, two bathroom guest cottage with open plan living room and full kitchen as part of a larger property. Access to pool and Basketball Court by arrangement. ​The cottage​ is clean and cozy, has a​ ​ large TV in the ​ family room and a ​smaller TV in the master bedroom. Master Bedroom has King Size bed and en suite full bath. Second Bedroom has Queen size Bed. Fold out bed can be placed in either room for 5th person by arrangement. Family room has large sofas and a dining table that seats 8. Kitchen fully equipped with fridge, microwave, dishwasher, oven, ​and cooktop. Recently renovated with granite counters.

Perfect for MLB Spring Training

The cottage was perfect for two couples and so close to our baseball teams' stadiums! So many other conveniences and well stocked with essential foods and treats. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Hope to come back next year!

Second year staying here. Close to Sports Complex. Beautiful neighborhood. Guest house is just perfect. Welcome basket with snacks awaits us along with fresh flowers. Couldn’t ask for more.

The guest house was just as described. Owners are very nice. They had flowers and a few snacks for us. Overall good experience.

Fantastic all around!!!!!

This is definitely a 5-star stay, pictures do not do it justice! If i could stay here everytime i came into town I would. All yhe luxuries of home and then some. The drive in took my breath away and the drive away left tears in my eyes, thank you Rachel!

Amazing!

Nice neighborhood. Clean house. Access to pool and to basketball hoop with pretty large court. Worked out wonderfully for our family. Hosts were cooperative and available to help when needed. Good treats to eat and games and puzzles. And did I mention fresh flowers?

Nice little getaway

These hosts were absolutely welcoming and quick to respond to any questions we may have had. My mother was watching her show and had trouble with the cable box and as soon as I messaged Rachel her husband was right over to help her get it back up and running very nice clean guest home my daughter and her friend also enjoyed the stay as well the one and only thing that would have been nice is if the front French doors had curtains just for a little extra added privacy considering you can see inside the main home and one of the bathrooms are right in front of the doors other than that my fur babies loved the gorgeous nice yard and they were kind enough to let us bring them inside the bigger area of the yard and my babies loved running all around lol thank you so much. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Relaxing stay in Phoenix

Rachel & Bart were amazing hosts who gave us a very warm welcome! When we arrived they had left us a hand written welcome note next to a bouquet of flowers and a basket of yummy snacks for us, including berries, grapes, juice and milk among other things! My friends and I had plenty of space to sleep and share meals. And, since our trip was for an ultramarathon, Rachel and Bart let us borrow their hot tub to help with my sore muscles. A perfect place for us to call home for a few days! Thank you!

Peaceful stay with great hosts!

We came to play in a tennis tournament about 20 minutes away. This was the perfect place for us to have some space, a nice pool, and everything we needed! Rachel and family were responsive hosts who thought of everything. Should we be lucky enough to be invited back to play in this tournament again, we will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Property

My family and I stayed here for our spring break and were so pleased with the home. The house was well-stocked with everything we could need for the week and Rachel was a pleasure to rent from. The outdoor space was the highlight as the pool area was beautiful for relaxing. While the pool was too cold for our kids to swim in, the backyard area was private and felt like a resort. The neighborhood was lovely for walks and close to many shops and restaurants. We hope to stay here again on a return trip to Phoenix.

Spring training 2020

Cottage is very nice and comfortable. Rachel and Bart were quick to respond to questions before and during our stay. Bart had some great recommendations for restaurants! The weather didn’t cooperate and caused a power issue for the cottage, but Bart was on it right away! He got an electrician and the power company out and got us up and running as soon as they could! We felt sorry that they had to deal with such difficulties that were totally out of their control. The corona virus ### cancelled our spring training so we made some alternate plans for our grandson, and left a few days early. We will definitely stay here again!
