This unique pet friendly 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom Pigeon Forge barn-dominium offers space for up to 2 guests, making it great for romantic couples or horse owners coming to ride the Smokies. "Double L Ranch" is a barn-dominium which means it sits overtop a barn that may have live animals in it from time to time and you are welcome to glance at the beautiful creatures from a distance. From mountain, wooded, and ranch views to plenty of conveniences, "Double L Ranch" is set up for a great getaway in the mountains. You will feel right at home as you drive up the driveaway and are greeted by the owners sweet pup, Kevin. The driveway is conveniently paved, flat, and specious for easy parking in any type of vehicle. As you walk up the steps to your home away from home, you will fall in love with the peaceful ranch setting, green rolling hills, and the beautiful horses that run in the pastures. Once you step inside to the inviting living room complete with big screen TV and open floor plan, you will not want to leave. Take advantage of the wireless internet, whip up dinner in the fully equipped kitchen, soak in the tub, or take your coffee outside to the rocking chairs, either way you can live the barn-dominium life here at "Double L Ranch".

Living Room:
Get cozy in the living room at "Double L Ranch". Flip on the big screen TV, plop on the sofa with a big bowl of popcorn, and stream your favorite movie!

Kitchen:
Ready for homemade dishes and midnight snacks? Head to the kitchen that's fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, pots and pans, cookware, dishes, glasses, and cutlery for serving. There's plenty of counterspace, including a breakfast bar where the owners leave you a sweet gift of goodies to use during your stay. Fix hearty favorites on the stove, baked delights in the oven, and your favorite blend of coffee in the coffeemaker. Grab fresh ingredients for every meal, reheat leftovers in the microwave, and let the dishwasher clean up for you!

Bedroom:
"Double L Ranch" keeps guests comfortable and relaxed in the bedroom featuring a king size bed, flatscreen TV, ceiling fan, and jacuzzi tub. Take a hot shower in the full size bathroom after hiking, horseback riding, or ziplining, slip into the cool king-size sheets, watch a little entertainment, and drift to dreamland to recharge for the next day.

Outdoor Spaces:
Enjoy the tranquil woodsy and ranch views at "Double L Ranch". Sway in the rocking chair on the front porch with a mug of joe along with the tuneful melodies of songbirds every morning. Unwind on the quaint deck and grill steaks and veggies on the brand new propane grill. And when you're itching to head into town, take the easy paved road to Pigeon Forge which is only minutes away.

Don't forget we are pet friendly and allow you to bring your fur-baby along, so make sure not to leave your precious pup at home. If you plan to possibly bring a horse, the owners do have stalls that they will rent at an addition charge, but you must call to confirm this.

Special Dates: Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check in or outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, or New Years Day.

Check-In: 4pm - there is NO check-in office, you go straight to the cabin. Once all your payments have been made, we will send you an email with the door code & we will resend it a week before your stay.
