About this property

Miami Aventura House Close to Hard Rock Stadium

The house is cozy and comfortably decorated for a family, especially with kids. The house is conveniently located close to I-95 (main highway in Miami). The backyard is very large and has the beautiful shade of the mango tree. 30 minutes from Downtown, South Beach, Wynwood, Fort Lauderdale - just about anywhere. Awesome Location!

You have 3 bedrooms: a master, a room with a queen bed, and a room with two single beds. There’s room for 6 people to sleep comfortably. There’s two living areas, one that’s for relaxing and watching TV and another for spending time with friends and family and talking. The house has a lot of open space and natural light.

The backyard is a great place to relax and watch the kids play on the playground. There’s a beautiful mango tree which you can enjoy some fruit if you come in June! The shade from the tree is lovely.

The whole house is accessible for the guests. The storage shed in the backyard is the only space that is off limits, there is nothing interesting in there anyways.

Everything else is free to use. Whatever you find in the fridge or pantry is yours to consume during your stay. We want you to be happy and comfortable!

There’s a couple cosmetic touches that we’re working on touching up.

Just what we needed

We were in town for a long weekend and this was an excellent place to stay. It is just as listed, clean, easy, and convenient to I95. Jessica was a great host and you can tell the effort that is put into making your stay a good experience. I would stay here again.

We had a great stay! The house was clean and looked exactly like the photos. It is spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. Jessica is a great host, she even recommended activities in the area. I recommend this house without hesitation!

Nice quiet home

Place was well kept. I don’t have kids but it was cool that they have a lil play set in the backyard. Loved the backyard sitting in their chair under the tree was my favorite.

Beautiful house

We had a wonderful stay in this well maintained property close to Miami Gardens and the beach. Listing was spot on and owner was super communicative and responsive. Instructions were clear and on time for check in and made our check in and check out easy. Would love to return!

Très jolie maison

Nous sommes une famille de 2.adultes et 2 enfants de 13 ans. Notre séjour dans la maison s'est très bien passé. La maison est relativement grande avec 3 chambres et un lit de 200 x 200 dans la chambre des parents. Il a deux salles de bains, dont une avec une très jolie douche. Il y a de la place pour ranger les affaires et des ustensiles de cuisine. La maison était très propre et, détail intéressant, les lits étaient faits à notre arrivée. La serrure est électronique avec un code à 6 chiffres et nous avons reçu le code 24 heures avant notre arrivée. Il y a de la place pour garer au moins 2.voitures devant la maison. La maison est climatisée avec une climatisation un peu bruyante cependant. Au final, je recommande à 100%.

Owner is very communicative and helpful. Home is beautiful! Location is amazing because it's near everything. It's also in great neighborhood. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip.
