Located on 9th street in Ocean City MD, this 2 bedroom/2 bath condo is a short walk to the beach, boardwalk and great local hotspots. The unit has almost everything you need to enjoy a great vacation.
Linens, Towels and Beach Chairs (4) are provided.
The space
This beautifully decorated condo sits within walking distance of the boardwalk and several local eateries, attractions and rides.
The unit features a well appointed full eat-in kitchen as well as a separate dining area. Also included in-unit is a full size washer/dryer, Keurig Duo coffee maker and a gaming system on a 55 inch HDTV.
Each bedroom features comfortable queen bedding, 40 inch Smart TVs and wireless phone charging.
The 9th street area of the boardwalk is ideal with an Arcade, Public Restroom, Ice Cream and Pizza all on the same block.
Guest access
Upon reservation guests will be given a 4 digit pin code to access the Smart Lock. The unit has two assigned parking spaces in front of the unit.
Other things to note
While we welcome all guests, this unit is best for small families, married couple and responsible adults over the age of 25.
