This place was perfect for a long weekend trip with friends! The house was so clean, and comfortably fit our large group. The backyard was probably our favorite part, with the pool, hot tub, and grill all just amazing. Amanda was a great host and we plan to come back again next year!

Lots of room for everyone and plenty of activies available to stay entertained. Beds were incredibly comfortable. Host was communicative and responsive to every question within minutes. We will definitely keep this property on our list for future trips to the McQueeny area.

My family and I stayed for 2 nights and we enjoyed every second of it! The host, Amanda, was super amazing and fast with responses. Every room was well decorated and each had extra beds and blow up mattresses. The kitchen was stocked with dishes for us to use to make breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The pool was clean and the hot tube was ready for us to use when we arrived. Overall, our experience was great and will definitely rebook in the future.

The property was so clean, roomy and well supplied with all the necessities. The pool table, hot tub, pool and arcade machine was thoroughly enjoyed. Especially on the day that the internet went out (no fault of property or host) and we had a wonderful day enjoying all the amenities of the property. Had awesome communication with the host. Wouldn't hesitate to come back.

The back yard was very spacious & offered other great amenities. We loved having the pool and volleyball net! The fire pit was nice as well. We had a little trouble with the hot tub. The filter needed replacing and we weren’t able to locate the new filter. Amanda, our host, was very responsive and easy to communicate with .

Fantastic house!

We booked this house for a bachelorette weekend and it did not disappoint! We had PLENTY of room, the pool and hot tub were amazing! Such a spacious backyard. The beds were comfortable, the host was amazing and very responsive! I would absolutely book again!

A nearby wedding

My boys were SO excited to stay at this property. Everything looked perfect and the communication with the property manager was smooth and easy going. She was flexible with our special requests, for which we were very grateful. Sadly, my father passed away the day before our arrival and we had to cancel our trip. My kids were so sad.

Yes oets were allowed and it said ul to 2 pets but they charged 200.00 for the pets. The back yard could use a little more attention to the cleanliness. Old floaties were left behind, hammock was dirty, old tv box in trash pile, pool and hot tub were not cleaned before our arrival. Leaves and debris on poll and hot tub. No mop, no broom, no trash bag, no napkins.i contacted owner but she did just said they should be there. I checked and told her that were missing and requested them but she never rought the supplies. Overall the home was ok and inviting but i cant give them 5 stars based off of the overall appearance of the backyard and missing supplies.last but not leastbthe bed co ers didnt smell clean.

My family & I are absolutely grateful to have found this house to stay while attending & celebrating my son's graduation at Texas State. Amanda is absolutely the best. She made our stay truly amazing. She was very responsive & answered all my questions promptly. She helped in making our stay extremely comfortable.
