It has been completely renovated with white quartz kitchen countertops, laminate flooring throughout, a new heating system, and guess what else? A mini arcade room with Pac-Man and Street Fighter for you to enjoy nights that you’d rather spend time indoors or for the kiddos.
When walking into the entrance of this home, you are greeted with an led sign that reads #ospreygardens. We invite you to use this tag on social media to highlight your experience and to give future guests a peek at the highlights of your stay.
The combination living room/dining area can seat up to eight guests with a full-size futon, two accent chairs, and four bar stools at the large island. This area also has 46-inch smart tv and large windows.
The kitchen is open to the living and dining area and has been professionally designed with brand new stainless steel appliances, an under-mount matte black sink, quartz countertops, and custom wall decor geared towards the Stockton University Mascot, Talon the Osprey.
The bathroom has been refreshed with crisp white paint and new bath fixtures. The standup shower has also been refreshed and has ample space to freshen up after a long day at the beach.
Bedroom 1 is to the right of the bathroom. It houses a brand new full-size bed with a twin trundle, full-size dresser, new ceiling fan, and bright/fresh greenery decor.
Bedroom 2 is towards the end of the hall. It is the largest of the two bedrooms and has 1 queen size bed, full sized dresser, two night stands, brand new ceiling fan and tall window. Bedroom 2 als leads way into the game room.
The game room was transformed from an old utility closet to a space where our guests can unwind and have a little fun. From the farmhouse paneling to the arcade games, everything in this room is new and created with our guests in mind.
The apartment is the 2nd level of a Quadplex. Located in the city-style University District neighborhood in the Chelsea area of Atlantic City. Within minutes of the Beach, Boardwalk, Casinos, Shops, Tanger Outlets, Stockton University, Convention Center, & some of the best Restaurants and Bars.
Osprey Gardens has a front door smart lock to provide easy, hassle-free entry to guests after 4 pm on the day of check-in. The smart lock code will be sent within the check-in instructions on the day of your arrival.
I live off-site, but am available via text/call/airbnb messenger 24/7. We have our team in place, ready to address any and all of your needs in a timely manner.
The historic Boston Avenue in Atlantic City is a part of the city's Chelsea neighborhood, so named for its proximity to Stockton University. If you’re not up to walking and you don’t have your own car, The Atlantic City Jitney is for you! An inexpensive minibus that runs 24 hours a day and goes all along Pacific Avenue with stops at all the major casinos and attractions.

The turndown time should begin at 10pm each night, with respect towards our neighboring properties (the building has 4 units; 2 below & 1 above). This home doesn't have a driveway, but you may park in front or in any available areas within the block. Parking can be difficult at times so it's best to know that there are paid lots close by if needed!
While there are other tenants on the premises, we ask that you remain respectful and discreet. You may hear cars or horns from time to time since these properties are very close by; plus it's possible you'll smell some marijuana through the windows. We don't want to force you into anything, but just know it could make your stay a little uncomfortable,
We are happy to provide a personalized house guide for your convenience that has information about the home, area, and our rules. We also want you to know how helpful we're going to be in assisting with any questions or concerns while visiting this gorgeous property!

This is not a place for parties. If you're looking to get crazy and have an awesome time, we are NOT your spot!
We want you to enjoy your stay at our home, so please keep noise and volume down between the quiet hours of 10 PM-7 AM. Atlantic City has an ordinance against loud music after nightfall! By agreeing with these rules while inside/outside of property boundaries, guests are acknowledging their responsibility in following local laws--especially when it comes to affecting other people's peace.
We want you and your guests to have a good time. So, no more than the number of people booked in the reservation are allowed on-site at any given time unless approved by the host or hosts (an additional unreported guest fee is $200/person).
We have to inform you that smoking or drugs of any kind are not allowed in our home. If it becomes evident, $250 will be charged for every violation thereof and the smoker/using illegal substances may face further legal action as well! We want you to have fun, so please follow our rules! :)
We hope you have a wonderful time at our home! When it is time for you to clean up, so please take all of the trash to the trash cans: BTW: no glitter or confetti allowed. Also make sure the doors are locked before leaving. Don't flush anything other than toilet paper down this once- this must be respected!
We're sorry if you find any damages when visiting our property. Please report this immediately so we can ensure the right person is responsible for them!
We ask that you please be considerate of the check-out time, as we must have enough leeway to get everything done before our next guest visit. Unauthorized late check-outs can result in additional fees!
Cleaning:
Please be respectful and keep it tidy. Additional cleaning fees may apply for damaged, soiled, or stained items that need extra attention to make sure they're suitable when you check-out of our home.
We want to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable for you. That's why we provide basic amenities on the property like 1 bath towel per guest.
Your stay at this property will be exciting and memorable. You'll get the best sleep of your life. Make sure not to damage or stain any of our linens by using makeup/foundation; medications/face cream AND/OR tanning products (which can bleach some towels). Pretty please!
We know that sometimes things happen, we provide these items for the comfortability of your stay, but if they are missing or damaged after cleanup please note you will be charged the following rates:
Bath Towel- $10.00 each
Sheets- $20.00 each
Comforter- $40.00 each
Pillow- $10.00 each
Pillow Cover- $5.00 each
Throw Blanket- $25.00 each
We want you to have a great stay at our property. However, if anything happens and something valuable is lost or left behind during your visit - don't worry! We will work with all possible efforts in order to return what was taken by mistake within 2 days of contacting us following departure from said item(s). We know you'll want to get your items as soon as possible, so we'll handle the coordination of shipping the found items. There will be a $25.00 handling fee plus the cost of shipping.
