Watch and enjoy nature unfolding in the beautiful patio area outside, a spacious bi level deck with a fire pit for your quiet relaxation as you retreat with your family & friends. Home sleeps 16 and has 5 bedrooms, with 3 full bathrooms, plus two family rooms on a lower level. A large movie room with a bar, karaoke and variety of board games. Another room with Poker, Chess and Pool Tables. It also has a bright & open living area where you can enjoy watching movies, or play variety of games. All bedrooms are equipped with ACs during the summer season.

The house is located in a private community, on a quiet cul-de-sac street, and conveniently close to the entrance gate. Guests can purchase daily community pool wrist bands upon their registration at the welcome center or later at the pool with a guest pass. As of this year, the community charges $12 per person for daily amenities, it includes pools, courts, kayaks, boat rentals.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
All trash to be placed in the corresponding trash bins outside, green for regular and blue for recycling.
Please turn off the hot tub’s jets/lights and cover it up. Please make sure the propane gas is off in the grill and the patio heater. Please turn off the heat/ACs.
Please make sure fire is put out in the fire pit and it’s covered if cooled.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Wonderful four-family stay

Such a wonderful trip to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday! We stayed in this house with 3 other families and there was plenty of space for all to sleep and cook/eat together. Kitchen had all the amenities, house was clean, and the deck was beautiful (with fire pit, table/chairs, and hot tub). Game room downstairs was great for kids of all ages!

Nice and Relaxing home

This house is very clean, spacious, and has everything you need to enjoy a nice stay. The property host Kristina was super helpful and answered all of my questions quickly. Would highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a place in the poconos.

Beautiful house, calm location, amazing host

This house is exactly what it looks like in the pictures! All amenities listed where there and ready to use! Our group of 16 adults slept very comfortably in all of the beds. Kristina responds very quickly and was very helpful with our stay! Loved this place and would stay again!

Pleasant Evening

The house was lovely and just what we needed after a long day. There was a bit of a snafu with check-in that made the process a little lengthy and uncomfortable, but other than that instructions were clear and thorough. Once through we had a very pleasant evening with everything necessary, and enjoyed making a beautiful family-style breakfast together in the morning in the well-prepped kitchen (cookware and the like, we went grocery shopping for food). The price is a little high for me, but it was a nice enough experience that I'd come back if I had a large group again and the opportunity arose. Thank you!

This property nearly earned a 4/5 due to the check in staff. The check in staff is not a reflection of the host, more on that later. Pictures do not do it justice. Property itself is amazing. Our group could have stayed on premises for the entirety and had a great time. Pool table, hot tub, grill, full kitchen, lots of sleeping space, and more. The host was friendly, communicative, and available throughout our stay. When we arrived to the property there were zero issues. The check in process was a headache. 2-hour line to register a vehicle and get an access pass; pass is required to get through the gate. Registration staff are overworked and overwhelmed and the volume of clients greatly outnumbered the staff. Need to present license and physical copy of vehicle registration to bring a car in, for every car. All that said, would likely stay again.

Very Comfortable house, just needs some improvements

The house is very comfortable but needs some TLC. The walkway needs some work. I had elderly people with us and I did not feel it was safe for them to walk over the paver walkway. The stones are pretty small and uneven. It was safer to walk on the grass even though it was pretty muddy. Several minor repairs should be done. The dinning room table had several chairs with loose broken legs. The basement shower door needs to be looked at. It fell while my daughter was showering. We could not get the TV in the master bedroom to work. Most remotes needed new batteries. The Karaoke machine did not work either. The house itself is very comfortable. Great game room. Communicating with you was very easy and I do appreciate the quick responses. Thank you for the wine.

We had an amazing weekend stay! The place was clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. The hot tub and game room were perfect for relaxing and having fun. Kristina was a wonderful host, very kind and quick to respond to any questions. Definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!

Kristina is a great host and very communicative, she responds promptly and is helpful during your stay. Me and my friends had a good time. There’s a lot to do at the house (love the jacuzzi) and in the surrounding area (great hikes nearby). It’s also kid friendly as we had a baby and a toddler staying in the house as well. They provided toys, a gate to block the stairs, a high chair, kids plates and cutlery, and more!

Nice house and community. We were 4 families staying with 9 adults and 7 kids. There were lot of games for kids to play. Hot Jacuzzi and Karaoke music made our day. Patio is super with Grill and fire pit which we took full advantage of. The community Pool, park and lake is also nice place to hang out.

Amazing Stay

Fun in the Poconos

Family and friends, 8 adults and 8 children from ages 6 to 15 enjoyed the house with plenty of room to play games and sleep. The host was responsive, house rules were reasonable and easy to follow, and the check-in process was quick. Location was close to skiing and snow tubing. Great experience. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice place!

This is a lovely, well-maintained home, fully equipped for groups of 12-14. It offers plenty of entertainment options, including a pool table, karaoke setup, poker table, and hot tub (which we couldn't use due to the weather). Overall, a fantastic place for a group getaway!

Great weekend with friends

We stayed here with a large group of friends, and the house matched the description perfectly! We especially enjoyed the hot tub and fireplace, which made for a cozy atmosphere. The game room was a highlight, and the karaoke machine added so much fun to our evening. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable, hassle-free stay. Communication with the host was excellent, and check-in and check-out were flexible, making our trip even smoother. Highly recommended!

Birthday weekend

This was our family’s 2nd time staying at the property, we went for our daughter’s birthday weekend. The house is cozy, they have pretty much everything you need as far as linens, towels, utensils, etc. We definitely plan on returning. The kids had so much fun, we had ages 13,13,8,7,3 also our two 23 year olds. The host Kristina is great! Looking forward to coming back.

We are very satisfied with our stay, the house was perfect! All necessities were provided for us, so we weren’t missing anything. The rooms were extremely well maintained and comfortable for each of my family members. The neighborhood is greatly secured as you can only enter the area through the gates with a pass. The host, Kristina, was excellent and answered any questions asked, such great communication! Would recommend staying here!!

Excellent stay in the Poconos

Wonderful area, lots of activities both on and off the property, and just about every necessity you could need provided. Kristina was also very friendly and prompt when answering any questions and reached out to make sure our stay was great! Only real complaint is there is no AC unit that we found in the movie room, so having a lot of people in there can make it get hot quickly.

Big Cozy stay

It could have been clearer that to meet the number of sleepers, a bed or two might need to be shared. The pullout couch did not have a mattress. We quickly adapted and had a great stay. Deck is AWESOME, hot tub great, kitchen also nice. We would stay again!
