Watch and enjoy nature unfolding in the beautiful patio area outside, a spacious bi level deck with a fire pit for your quiet relaxation as you retreat with your family & friends. Home sleeps 16 and has 5 bedrooms, with 3 full bathrooms, plus two family rooms on a lower level. A large movie room with a bar, karaoke and variety of board games. Another room with Poker, Chess and Pool Tables. It also has a bright & open living area where you can enjoy watching movies, or play variety of games. All bedrooms are equipped with ACs during the summer season.

The house is located in a private community, on a quiet cul-de-sac street, and conveniently close to the entrance gate. Guests can purchase daily community pool wrist bands upon their registration at the welcome center or later at the pool with a guest pass. As of this year, the community charges $12 per person for daily amenities, it includes pools, courts, kayaks, boat rentals.

Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

All trash to be placed in the corresponding trash bins outside, green for regular and blue for recycling.

Please turn off the hot tub’s jets/lights and cover it up. Please make sure the propane gas is off in the grill and the patio heater. Please turn off the heat/ACs.

Please make sure fire is put out in the fire pit and it’s covered if cooled.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The owner was very responsive to all inquiries throughout our stay. However, there was an issue of insufficient hot water for such a large group of people throughout the stay. Also, upon arrival a few unsanitary issues were noted when couch beds were pulled out, such as: what appeared to be mice droppings on the mattress in the living room area and trash left underneath the mattresses. Thank you.

We had an amazing weekend stay! The place was clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. The hot tub and game room were perfect for relaxing and having fun. Kristina was a wonderful host, very kind and quick to respond to any questions. Definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!

This place is clean, family friendly and as decribed in the description. 11 people stayed this Labor day weekend and was accessible to all the Pocono Mountain activites. Great location. Will stay again in the future.

Kristina was very responsive prior to arrival and throughout our stay at this lovely home. Upon arrival, the house was clean with available bed linens, towels and bathroom supplies. The kitchen was fully stocked with every available kitchen utensil, plenty of dishes, glasses, pots, pans, etc., for this large group. All TVs worked and internet access was available, reliable and fast. Due to the cold weather (and snow), we couldn't enjoy all available outside amenities, however the deck heater came in handy to comfort guests while having a drink outside. Check-in was a breeze, and the community staff was very accommodating and friendly. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

Nice place!

This is a lovely, well-maintained home, fully equipped for groups of 12-14. It offers plenty of entertainment options, including a pool table, karaoke setup, poker table, and hot tub (which we couldn't use due to the weather). Overall, a fantastic place for a group getaway!
