The newly remodeled Stadium Cottage is a light-filled studio home with a plus one bedroom with twin bed and a Queen pullout. The original floors and stylish design are only surpassed by its location. You will wake up in the shadow of Razorback Stadium. With a king bed, twin in the back mini bedroom, and a fold out full, you and up to four close friends can have a magical weekend in Fayetteville. A charming back porch is the perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee overlooking the UofA.
Stadium House available for rent as well (if you have a larger sized group).

We lived on this property from October of 2004 until summer 2018. We absolutely loved living in the shadow of Razorback Stadium. Being on the border of campus and so close to the action was such a blast. We love to share this experience with others.
