Good stay, my only issue was a roach that crawled across TV stand. I did let the host know to call pest control. As a fellow host I understand that we had little control over unwanted pests but none the less needs to be taken care of. We had a great time
This Inn was very clean and located in a great area . The host was very Kind, and easy to contact. We very much enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

A day or two before check in, I got a communication saying that if I have a preference over first or second floor to let them know, and they would try to accommodate me. I said that I would prefer a first floor room, and never received a response. I don't know why we weren't asked this when making the reservation. When I made it, I wasn't even aware that there was a first or second floor.Upon arrival, I saw that it is a motel. I didn't expect this. I thought Vrbo was where people rented out their homes or part of their homes or apartments to vacationers. When we arrived, there was a big sign outside the office stating that it was closed and they would return the next day at 8 am, and to visit their sister property across the street. This was an almost impossible prospect given traffic, so we went and ate, then returned, going straight to the other property. The person there told me that there should be someone in the office at the Dreamcatcher Inn, and we went back, the sign was gone, and someone was there. We were given a room on the second floor. The room is a typical motel room. It's clean and comfortable. There is a small kitchen with appliances.. The a/c was pretty noisy. It is located outside the main shopping area in Sedona, but there is a convenient shuttle which we used to avoid parking. We didn't hike, but the shuttle will also take you to trailheads.
I booked this room for my location requirement. Otherwise, I won't stay again. Its ok for a night, in a pinch. Bring slippers. The floor is filthy. We wiped up some spilled water and the towel was black. Understandably, the linens are stained. The beds are so soft you can't get out and the bases are like tin cans with sharp edges. Bring your own paper towels, dishwasher cubes, kleenex, etc.
A nice place to relax and enjoy the views. Also very close to other attractions and hiking trails which were great since they were varied in difficulty and length. I’d stay again!
Great location with friendly staff and spacious rooms. Would've loved more storage space for three people, but we made it work. Very good value for the price.
Perfect location from Uptown and all the hiking trails. Stayed the night so we would be fully rested for our 5am hike the next morning. Our room had everything we needed! Glad we stayed here :)
