Built in 1904, this home has been completely renovated and updated to make it feel like a modern home with a cute, historic-inspired exterior. Make yourself at home by sitting on the plush furniture, carrying on fun conversations, and streaming a movie on the large TV in the living area. After creating culinary charms in the kitchen that boasts stainless steel appliances, serve your guests a home-cooked meal at the formal dining table. With 12 beds, this home has more than enough room for everyone to get a comfortable night's rest from the day's activities and is ideal for large groups or family reunions. Note on Accessibility: While the third floor offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, please note that the staircase leading up is steep. If you are traveling with small children or anyone who finds stairs challenging, we suggest utilizing the bedrooms on the lower floors instead.

THINGS TO KNOW
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 10 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
