About this property

Turnkey 3br/2ba resort condo in Regatta, an upscale gated community opposite the Ritz Carlton Hotel and less than 400m from the pristine white sands of Vanderbilt Beach. One of the few condos having a large private deck area and a private staircase to the spacious lagoon style pool area below.

The bedrooms accommodate up to six people comfortably. The King/master suite is comprised of a spacious bedroom, large walk-in closet, vanity area with two sinks, and separate toilet & walk-in shower area. Queen and twin bedrooms share a second full bathroom with bath tub and shower. There is a large flat panel TV in the living room and a flat panel TV in each of the 3 bedrooms. Additionally has DVD, Roku with Pandora etc., and WiFi/high speed internet access. There is a workstation area in the Queen bedroom having a PC, large monitor, laser printer,/scanner. The fully equipped kitchen opens to the spacious living room / dining area. Living room and master bedroom have large sliding glass doors leading to the screened lanai and private sun deck. There is a separate laundry room having a utility sink , and full size washer and dryer.

Regatta offers the following outstanding amenities: Building elevator, screened lanais, large child-friendly pool with waterfall and a second adult lap pool facing the Bay. Outdoor spa/hot tub, large BBQ grills and picnic area on the clubhouse deck, two exercise rooms, a reserved parking space in a garage under the condo building and additional parking outside.

The Regatta is within walking distance of the Mercato with its shops (including Whole Foods), fine restaurants, and upscale Silverspot cinema. Nearby, there is a Trader Joe's, drugstores, water sport and other rentals, tennis courts and playground - just about anything you might desire for a delightful stay!
