Nice rental but could be better.

The room was more or less as the pictures showed but a little more weathered. It has good potential if it had more details. The location is great near beach and 5th. Rooftop is very nice. Nice little baloncies with an ocean view. What needs work: I was never given a card key to enter the building. If the doorman was doing an errand or at the bathroom I couldn't get in the building. I was told I would get the card on Tuesday which is the day I checked out since it was a Sunday and Monday is holiday. This isn't good. There were no batteries in the SAFEbox so I couldn't lock anything. The Yale lock started beeping weird the last couple days which I believe is low batteries so I stopped locking it since I was nervous I would be locked out. Lastly there is the IT hotel attached to this building you share the rooftop with. There were parties 3 of the 4 nights. So from 10pm to about 1am it was loud music going so I wasn't falling asleep as I wanted.
