Getting Around:
The condo is a 45-minute drive from the Cancun International Airport (CUN), 55.1 km/34.2 miles away. When you arrive at the property, if you’re arriving by car, there is a designated spot for the condo. You may park in the street around Playa town but be aware of the paid parking meters that are in effect from Monday to Sunday, 10 am to 10 pm, except for official holidays. You’ll have to look for the parking post to pay the meter and display your receipt on your car’s dashboard. Luckily, however, this property is so centrally-located you won’t even need a car to get around town. Everything is within walking distance.

For any sightseeing or activity further away, you can easily rent a bike, take a taxi, or go by ‘colectivo’ (shared-ride vans) where you need to go.

Other Things to Note:
Washer/dryer, a water dispenser for drinking water, bed linens, beach and bath towels, kitchen equipment and some essentials are all provided complimentary. Toiletries including toilet paper, trash bags, etc, are not replenished during the stay. If you'd like us to arrange a grocery trip and stock the place for you, just let us know in advance! We can arrange airport transfers too.

Please note that smoking is not allowed in common areas.

It is strictly prohibited to hang any clothing or towels on the balcony. Violation of this rule can lead to fines ranging from 3,000 to 5,000 MXN. Note that these fines may apply even if you are not present at the time when the report is made.

Electricity is included in short-term stays (2-27 nights) but not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more. In this case, you pay for what you consume based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW. *Please help us save energy by using the AC wisely and keeping the temperature at 25°C and turning off the AC and lights when you leave the property.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

There's no daily housekeeping but if you need a cleaning service during your stay, it has an extra cost. Please let us know in advance. This service does not include changing the bed linens or towels. If you would like to add this service, additional fees will apply.

HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $200 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not permitted.
- Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings.
- It is recommended that you use safe deposit box for all your valuables. We will not be held responsible for any loss or theft.
- Pool and common area regulations and opening hours have to be respected. The use of musical devices in common areas is prohibited. Glasses, glass bottles, food or coolers are not allowed in the pool, the use of disposable or plastic glasses are allowed.
