The cabin is located on 2.5 acres and is adjacent to BLM federal land. This location is a hikers and earth enthusiast paradise.

The cabin has a wraparound driveway that leads to the car port and ramp for easy access to the deck. Plenty of flat land to park multiple vehicles, RV's and boats.

The cabin has a wraparound deck, full gated area for pets and an outdoor patio with a mini refrigerator.

There is also a gazebo with a picnic table.

The cabin is 4 minutes from Lake Isabella, 5 minutes to the Kern River, and 6 minutes from Vons Supermarket.
