I like spacious, bright and uncluttered spaces with beautiful and comfortable furniture. I love cooking on great appliances in a convenient kitchen that has everything I need. I enjoy sleeping in a comfortable bed on good quality sheets and pillows. My walk-in closet is awesome, so is my well designed bathroom with a huge two headed shower. I like going to multiple wineries nearby. I love going skiing to Kirkwood, Heavenly and even to the NorthStar, but, still, coming back to my Peaceful Retreat on the same day.

It feels like you are a queen of the hill in this bright house with great energy. This place has the right vibe, it's in great location and it's fantastic for either rest or for work.

The 2 story house feels like a single story with the master suite and all common areas on the entry-level. You will love the clean white kitchen with contrasting countertops, Wolf appliances, island with sink, and lots of storage space. The living room features a full-height stone fireplace, office room with double French doors, and a wall of windows leading onto the 80' long wrap-around composite deck. Downstairs has two bedrooms, full bath, and its own living room perfect for a family or a small group of friends. Step outside and there is so much more to take in. In addition to the deck and exquisite front yard landscaping, there's a separate patio/outdoor living area complete with shade cover and outdoor kitchen with barbeque, burners, fridge, storage, and sink. There is an oversized, extra deep 2 car garage connected to the house with a breezeway and a whole house generator with dedicated underground tank to keep the lights and the AC on in case of blackout. You will feel like Queen and King of the Hill, but still, you'll be only 15 minutes away from civilization. You will want to come back again, hopefully soon.
