Why Colleen O'Connor McElhiney chose Frisco
Frisco is a great little town, there are fun activities all year long and numerous skiing options, it is truly a mountain town. Our townhome is beautifully decorated and has all the conviences of home with shampoo, hair dryers, nice fuzzy towels, all cotton Ralph Lauren sheets, all paper products. Natural wood for a roaring fire. You can walk right in and it's ready to enjoy with everything you need!
What makes this Townhome unique
Relaxing, quiet, comfortable stay. We call the place the tree house, because all you see out the windows of this 2nd story unit are Aspen and Pine trees. The back of the unit sits on the north fork of Ten Mile Creek, and you can enjoy the relaxing sound of running water throughout the spring, summer and fall, while you sit in on the back porch or in the master bedroom. Come see for yourself, and rejuvenate and re-energize your batteries at this wonderful getaway!!

Great Ski House
The house was a great base for a ski weekend. Frisco is centrally located to many of the Summit County Ski Resorts (we skied Breck, Vail and Keystone). The house is clean, comfortable and extremely well furnished. The beds and linens were some top notch hotel quality. Colleen was great to work with. We'll be back !
I thought the property was very well located and the owners did a good job of supplying everything. There was plenty of room for the four of us.
Home in the Mountains.
Great place for us to coordinate a winter multi-activity week away. Lots of room, very comfortable. Feels like you are staying at your own family’s retreat. Owners could not have been more helpful, even remotely via text.
Beautiful, cozy, loved it!
This is in our top 3 favorite places we've ever stayed in Frisco over many years. It is all so well thought out, from available amenities and comforts to the beautiful art. Great location, super clean and modern, lots of windows with trees from every view, comfy beds. Especially appreciated the indoor hot tub, nightly fires in the fireplace and heated garage! Helpful owners answered all questions promptly. Really, well done, Guys!
I would happily stay here again. The property was wonderful and very well stocked. The location was amazing. We were so close the slopes and the one day I stayed home from skiing, I was able to easily walk to Frisco, which had several small shops and restaurants to enjoy!! I would highly recommend this place!!
