The Space:
The space is newly updated and perfect for all guests. This modern 2 bed, 2 bath unit is the perfect getaway. The spacious primary bedroom hosts a king size bed, en-suite bathroom, desk for working (with printer) and access to the back patio through a private sliding door. Additional guests can sleep in the super comfy queen sized bed located in the second bedroom. You’ll find in-unit laundry, a dining nook that comfortably seats 4, a cozy living room equipped with Chromecast and a smart TV for easy streaming and a fully stocked kitchen for cooking and entertaining. The front patio is perfect for coffee in the morning, or drinks at night overlooking the beautifully lit up pool, tennis court and desert landscaping.

Guest access:
All guests have full access to the entire unit, as well as the communal pool, jacuzzi, and tennis court. There is one cover carport spot, as well as plenty of additional (free) guest parking.

Fantastic place to stay and use as a base in Palm Springs. Really well appointed condo with super comfy beds. Spotlessly clean with lots of amenities. Parking is excellent. Great facility that manages to be quiet and relaxing but close to all the fun of Downtown Palm Springs.

Excellent location extremely quiet. This was a transition stay as I am relocating here. I will recommend this place to others. Pool and tennis court in courtyard. Hummingbirds galore! Beds and pillows weren’t very comfortable though and cutting board wasn’t clean.

The place was wonderful. Kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed. The pool and hot tub area is relaxing with a view of the mountain. We liked the 2 bedrooms each with a dedicated bathroom. Unit is on top level so nobody walking above you. the only thing to be aware of is there is a trauma center / hospital across the street so there are sometimes helicopter landings a any hour. It wasn’t a huge issue but if one is sensitive to things like that or a very light sleeper it could be an issue. We loved our stay and would stay again

Great accommodations

We stayed for 8 nights. The condo and the entire complex were spotlessly clean and very quiet. The neighbors were friendly - always waved and said hello. The condo was super comfortable. It was an easy walk for coffee, shopping and dinner. We loved it and would absolutely recommend this property. We will certainly try to book again on our next trip to Palm Springs.

completely perfect stay. The property was perfect. Quiet; clean; great for two couples. The parking was very close. Beautiful property grounds with pool/hot tub/tennis and pickleball. All amenities were provided. No shortage of anything. Would 100% stay here again; if we were to come back to the US. We had no need to contact the home owners; the property was so complete. A boring review but 100% accurate. No a single item to complain about…great spot!!!

Great Oasis in Palm Springs

If you're looking for a quiet, comfortable & great place to stay, look no further. This hidden gem is peaceful, beautifully decorated & had all we needed. The pool & courts are right outside your front door & we loved the fact that there were (2) balconies in the unit. Great location, close to downtown (7 minute drive or 25 minute walk) & uptown (3 minute drive or 10 minute walk), shopping, the aerial tram & airport. The location is right beside the Movie Colony area where celebrity homes are so that was pretty cool to check out. Hosts, Erin & Charles, were wonderful to work with & quick to respond to our inquiries. They were kind enough to accomodate a late check out request that we really appreciated. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

Very Nice Stay in Palm Springs

We had two couples stay in this condo relatively close to downtown Palm Springs (30 minute walk to town center). The kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms were well stocked (ie. coffee supplies, utensils, dishwasher and laundry soaps, towels, toilet paper, hangers and luggage racks, nightlights). The Condo had a comfortable layout although the bathrooms could use a few more towels racks and hooks. We had one minor issue with the property entrance codes but the owner was very responsive and it was resolved quickly. Pool was nice. Tennis courts were sufficient (also had pickleball lines on it, so very flexible use). I would absolutely stay there again.
