Cannot wait to plan our next stay. The cabin had all the amenities you could ask for. It was easy to reach the main strip of Gatlinburg during the day and then come back to the quiet and cozy property. We loved watching movies in the theater room each night.

The house was fabulous for the 8 of us. Roomy and well maintained. The kitchen was great and we enjoyed the time we spent together. The outdoor chairs were also a plus for enjoying the view and the weather. No negative comments at all!!!!!

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The cabin is beautiful and very clean. The view is amazing and we loved spending our mornings and evenings on the deck. We had a family of bears greet us when we arrived and enjoyed watching their antics throughout our stay! Brandon was a fantastic host and was quick to respond to us when we we needed some extra cleaning supplies. We would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay. Cabin was spacious and very clean. We enjoyed the covered porch and hot tub with awesome views. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. Brandon was a great host and we would definitely stay here again.

Our family had a wonderful stay at the cabin! It had everything you could possibly need. We loved the morning sunrises and evening sunsets on the porch. The views were incredible! The cabin’s location was ideal for our family. It was very easy to reach Gatlinburg, explore the area, and then return to the cabin for relaxing evenings. The house was neat, clean and welcoming. The host, Brandon, had great communication as well.We loved our stay!!

What an amazing cabin! We came for a wedding event and needed a comfortable and large cabin for our group! Brandon was an absolutely amazing host and so generous in accommodations! Extremely easy to work with and wonderful communication! The cabin is stunning! It provided everything we needed and more!! If ever needed for a large group again, we willDefinitely return here and recommend highly to anyone interested in booking!! Thanks again Brandon and staff for a perfect stay!!

This was an excellent experience!The cabin was clean, the beds are comfy and it had all we needed. Bears came to visit multiple time and there was a Momma with four cubs. The view is stunning! Brandon is a great host, we'd definitely stay again.

The property is beautiful both inside and out. Upkeep of the property is outstanding. Views from the house of the Smoky Mountains are tremendous. Brandon, the property owner work hard to make sure your needs are met. Oh, and I hope you like black bears. If you stay at this property, you will see a few almost every day!

We loved our stay at the Sky Villa!! My favorite aspect was how toddler-friendly the home is; with built-in baby gates for the stairs, a highchair and pack n’ play provided, and lots of “nature tv” outside to keep kiddos occupied! This cabin was perfect for our family getaway, and the owner was awesome!!

The property and view are both beautiful. It was a wonderful stay with all that we needed. The only con for us was the steep drive to get up to it…VERY scary for those who are not use to it or have any anxieties with heights.

This property was amazing. It's spot on with the description. Brandon was easy to communicate with and always got back to me quickly. The hot tub was great with the view plus the gazebo up top. Loved to eat our lunch up there with the beautiful views of the mountains. We didn't get to use the theater as we were so busy. Our boys loved the pool table and arcade games. We saw bears 3 times on the property plus others nearby. A cub stole a sneaker from the porch below us so don't leave anything out. It was great having a king bed in each bedroom. We would definitely stay here again.

Location of the cabin was perfectly located for the Great Smokey National Park, Ober Mountain, and Downtown Gatlinburg. 4 wheel drive was definitely necessary since we had snow.
