Month-long vacation

The property was as shown in the listing. It was perfect for my young kids and me to enjoy, with plenty of space! We walked a lot to the beach and bay, and it’s the perfect location to access all the great food options. Not to mention, two parking spots underground made coming and going so easy. Communication was consistent and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

2 blocks from the beach, lots of space, parking garage. Really everything you need for a PB getaway!

We have lived, worked and traveled all over the the world and San Diego is our favorite spot.

Why they chose this property

We bought this condo during covid and spent as much time as we could with our two kids. We loved the flexibility of going to the beach to surf, boogey board or just play in the waves or heading to Mission Bay to kayak, sail, paddle board or even jet ski. Plenty of restaurants and convenience nearby so there is little need for a car unless you want to explore what else San Diego has to offer. The condo is furnished nicely and with a stocked kitchen and each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. You'll love it!
