Guest access
The home is located 1 block from Bay Park Village which hosts great eating, craft beer and coffee establishments. Siesels Market provides a fantastic selection of high end gourmet items, fruits and veggies, a full deli and its famous butcher shop will not disappoint. The home provides access to 2 parking spots in the driveway and 2 public off street spots in front of the home.
Other things to note:
There is a small private unit at the very back of the property. The tenant/student has a separate access from the alley. The tenant has NO access to the patio, main house, deck, jacuzzi, etc.
This location is centrally located in the heart of San Diego. You can pretty much UBER anywhere in 10 min- Downtown, Airport, Sea World, Mission Beach, La Jolla and the San Diego Zoo. Coronado Island is ~12-15 minutes away.
