The outdoor and indoor spaces are amazing! Great access to top sights and neighborhoods. The parking was great. Hot tub was clean and well cared for. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. This has been one of our most comfortable and joyful stays!

This is our third year in a row staying at Zen Properties with host Ricardo, each time staying for a month. Here is a rundown of our review in list form:Amenities - Completely stocked kitchen, wonderful outdoor space with hot tub and complete privacy, plush bathrobes, beach bikes and boogie boards, great wifi. Communication - Ricardo was very thorough and responsive in all our correspondence.Location: Ideal; walk to shops, restaurants and parks.Check-in - Flawless.We could not have found a better rental, and that's why we come back year after year.

Perfect romantic getaway

Wonderful property. It was impeccably clean, and in a very convenient location. The manager was great in communication and helped him up a nice romantic package of roses and champagne. My wife and i would love to stay here again!

Amazing location!

We were VERY IMPRESSED with the entire experience! The Villa was clean, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed for the weekend! We really enjoyed the Patio area, including the hot tub. The location was perfect and walking distance from popular local restaurants! We were very satisfied with this rental and plan on staying for another long weekend! Definitely a five star stay!!!

Terrific experience in Pacific Beach!

This is our second time booking Zen Properties for our winter escape from the Pacific Northwest. We consider the combination of location, amenities, and host responsiveness to be unbeatable. We can walk to multiple restaurants, shops and parks, and the outdoor lanai with hot tub along with having complete privacy is ideal. We will be back next year!
