3 Houses to the Ocean 🌊 🚴🏄🏻‍♂️🏖️Main living area is upstairs above your 2 car garage. The house has lots of windows, let that fresh ocean breeze enter. Every room has a ton of light and windows, if you’re looking for a bright cheery place to stay at, you found it. Close enough to hear the Waves break just before bedtime. The kitchen is an open concept- a long extra wide, Quartz serving counter/island. Great for happy hour, breakfast or meals. A new Nespresso coffee ☕️ maker- great for coffee lovers. Double French door fridge. Downstairs you have a private Patio, outdoor Shower 🚿 has hot water to rinse off children & yourselves from the sandy beach. Leave the upstairs door open and let the kids or pets 🐾 play around, we’ve conveniently gated the entire courtyard for kids and pets. The patio is Equipped with A TRAEGER pellet Barbecue 🍖 🥩 a long dining table, seating for 8. Family gathering 🍻 🥂 wine 🍷 with family and friends. Take a nap on the patio It’s wonderful to let the waves lull you to sleep. We also Have an Office space downstairs, adjacent to the garage with a inkjet printer, paper shredder & high speed internet. It’s Perfect, if you want to enjoy a working/vacation. Teleworkers get to be just steps away from the family, yet far enough to get a little work done downstairs. If you want a creativity break from working you can easily 🚶‍♂️ walk down to the beach to clear your mind 🚴🏄🏻‍♂️👙🛼 and recharge. North Hermosa, is a less crowded beach, there’s no large public parking structures here, which gives it more of a private beach feel. I've lived here on 31st street for 25 + years. I moved here from San Diego and We ❤️ it, & feel so blessed to have found such a perfect location. I still live next door & can give you suggestions if you need ideas on where to go for dinner. Just about Everything is walking distance. We are 3 houses to the beach, enjoy a quiet morning or evening walk. Boccattos, is an Authentic Italian Family Market/Deli, only 2 doors away, on LongFellow. Conveniently, grab a last minute bottle of wine or waffle mix for the morning.
Another great place close by is The North End Restaurant/Bar, great place to watch sports, for a night cap or day drinking with their outdoor patios. It’s also Known as the “LA's KING’s” neighborhood Bar, many professional athletes do live in this community. The Bottle Inn, is very Romantic, Italian Local place that’s been here for 30+ years. There’s A variety of great Mexican Restaurants just 2 blocks away. Our latest more Bougie restaurant is SLAY, a great place with an upscale flare also has an upstairs patio. If you want to walk for Breakfast, another very popular spot, “Martha's 22nd St. Grill” is also nearby. The Green Store also has sandwiches, snacks & beach rentals. My property is in the middle between both Piers and approx. 10 min walk to either -Manhatten Beach Pier or Hermosa Beach Pier Plaza. Shops and restaurants are nearby at both Pier's.

In early December there's a Holiday Fireworks show at the MB Pier.

TUESDAY FARMERS MARKET in Manhatten. Perfect for the whole family.

During the Summers we have FREE Concerts on the Beach in Hermosa. Its a wonderful event, you may bring you're picnic basket and sit on the beach, enjoying your favorite beverage. We have blankets, Beach chairs and umbrellas for you to use & share.
If your ambitious you can bike ride to Venice Beach and Santa Monica along the Strand, it takes about an hour just cruising. Bike rides to Redondo Beach Pier in minutes, 25 min. 2-Bikes can be made available upon request. We have more bikes but they are old. We just need to make sure they are ready to use. Everything gets rusty at the beach. ☺️😌

Extra Perks- For NFL 🏈 Fans, we do have 2 season tickets available for purchase to all LA Chargers ⚡️💛💙 games in the Club section 114 Row 7 seats 19 & 20. If you’re planning on coming during NFL season stay for a game I may be able to hook you up for a good deal. Tickets are available on a first come first serve. An Uber ride to the stadium is super close.

Beatiful apartment, great location!

Had a wonderful month long stay at this rental! Bebe was so thoughtful and kind. The unit was so cute! We loved the very short walk to the strand and beach. It was a wonderful month.

Perfection on the Beach

We stay in many short vacation rentals and this has been the best experience. This precious home is in the most perfect location in the Hermosa/Manhattan Beach area. It is right in the middle of both areas. The beach is a two minute walk and you’re on the sand. We were there for almost a month and did not need a car. We walked and rode the bikes provided on site all at round the area. Kelly is an incredible host! She provided beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, boogie boards and all! We can’t wait to come back to the beach and we will absolutely stay in Kelly’s place….perfection on the beach!

Great location

The proximity to the beach and location between MB and Hermosa were superb and were the best things about the property as far as we were concerned. Araceli, the owner, was friendly and easy to interact with. The apartment itself was not luxurious, but was comfortable for the two of us. We did not find the outdoor space enticing. All and all we had an enjoyable one month stay.

Amazing month at the beach

Bibi’s place in Hermosa beach checked all my boxes - dog friendly, less than a block to strand/beach, bikes available, AC, near many restaurants and garage so I booked it! I stayed a month from early August to early September and just worked remote during the week and had different friends visiting each weekend! The place is very comfortable and cozy and me and my little dog felt right at home. The beds were super comfortable and Bibi was an excellent host - available if needed but otherwise out of sight. Loved everything about my stay!

A real gem!

Bibi's place is a real gem. The cute little apartment is decorated tastefully with a cozy feel. It is situated in beautiful North Hermosa Beach, just a minute walk to the pristine and vast beaches. The cross breeze from the place was wonderful. We left the window open and didn't need the a/c. Only on the weekends did the beach not feel like it was practically our own. The location can't be beat. We took nightly walks along the Strand. There is also a bike path right there before the beach. Her place is half way between the Manhattan Beach Pier and the Hermosa Beach Pier. The little gourmet grocery is a 30 second walk and came in handy for the items we needed on the fly. We shopped at Ralph's for most items, only a 5-10 minute car ride away. We love to cook and we found her kitchen well-equipped. I bought a new salad spinner though since the place didn't have one. The appliance were new and clean. The kitchen bar was great for breakfast but we used the patio downstairs for dinners and planned meals. We also used the scrabble game and enjoyed the little library. Beach towels, chairs and umbrella were also much appreciated. For any questions Bibi was just a text away. She responded kindly and promptly. The patio down stairs was lovely, as the shrubs and plants give it a Mediterranean feel. My only complaint is that sometimes the odor from her dog's droppings permeated to our side of the patio. I felt though that she did address this issue as best she could. I would definitely rent this place again. A little slice of paradise indeed!

North Hermosa, is surrounded by multi-million dollar homes. You're far enough from the rift raft of the bar scene in downtown Hermosa Pier but, walking distance to join if you'd like too. North Hermosa is a quieter area, it still has plenty of popular restaurants for breakfast, lunch & dinner. Also, a great sports bar just mins away. You truly have the best of both worlds by Staying in the middle of both Manhatten & Hermosa Piers. Discounts available text me to discuss.

It's gated in for privacy, and the safety for small children & Pets. The house has some toys, books, bikes on request, boogie boards and board games for most kids & adults. There's a family grocery market Boccatos, just steps away for a last minute bottle of wine or milk and eggs. A completely gated private patio to barbeque with friends, lots of outdoor seating & fire pit.
