Enjoy our stylish, cozy and fun apartment in a gated community conveniently located in Atlanta’s new Upper Westside. Our flat comes equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, dining nook/office space, washer/dryer, full bathroom, two spacious bedrooms and a modern living room.

Our neighborhood:

• Smoking indoors isn’t allowed. There will be an additional $200 fee for smoke detoxing procedures.

• Your furry friend (small dog or cat) is welcomed upon approval and with a small pet fee of $50 to account for any possible incidentals. Only one (1) pet allowed due to restrictions from leasing agreement.
